Community Residential 6400

For those dealing with mental health conditions, socialization and adaptive skills are difficult enough- make finding a stable home the easy part!

Community Residential 6400 provides direct (face-to-face) and indirect services provided in provider-owned, rented/leased, or operated residential settings. In providing just the right amount of independence, services are provided to protect the health and welfare of individuals. Services consist of support in the general areas of self-care, communication, fine and gross motor skills, mobility, therapeutic activities, personal adjustment, relationship development, socialization, and use of community resources. Many people with mental illness also may not drive and therefore would need a home close to treatment providers and community resources, well as provided transportation to and from specialist visits or employment services. *

Housing options range from fully independent living to round-the-clock care. The type of housing that is right for you or your loved one can depend on several factors. Do you need assistance paying your bills, cleaning, administering medications, making appointments, or require no assistance at all? Choose a type of housing that fits your individual needs, because your recovery should be your priority.

Our Services must meet regulatory requirements of homes licensed under 55 Pa.Code Chapters 3800, 5310, 6400, or 6500.

*The Licensed Residential provider is not responsible for transportation to community activities for which another provider is responsible.
